Reiki Level I - Foundational Level
What is included in the Reiki Level One course?
Reiki Level One training includes a basic grounding in the following concepts:
- History of Reiki
- Reiki Principles
- Energy fields of the body
- Attunement and the 21-day clearing process
- Giving a basic Reiki session
- The ethics of Reiki and hands-on therapy
- Self-healing
- Working with plants, animals, and inanimate objects
- Hands-on training in using Reiki energy
How long does it take?
Depending on the size of the class or the individual, it usually takes between 4-6 hours to learn the material. As a result, the schedule for the course usually runs as follows:
- Welcome/Introductions/Overview – 15-30 minutes
- History of Reiki – 30 minutes
- Basic Reiki Principles – 15 minutes
- Energy fields of the body – 15 minutes
- 21 Day Clearing Process – 30 minutes
- Ethics and Session Protocols – 30-45 minutes
- Self-healing/animals/plants/objects – 15 minutes
- Attunements – 30-45 minutes
- Hands-on training – 60 minutes
Also, this class can be taught privately. It is not available for Skype sessions.
Will this training give me the skills to open my own Reiki practice?
This course is an introduction to the basics of Reiki. Consequently, you will receive a certificate as a Level One Reiki Practitioner.
Currently, the laws of most states allow you to open a practice with this level of training. However, I highly recommend you continue to the Level Two Reiki Training and Certification if you plan to open a Reiki practice.
What does the Reiki Level One course cost?
Group Course (maximum of 7) – $125 per student
Private Course (maximum of 2) – $200 per student
Course materials include ebook in PDF format and certificate of completion.
A $50 deposit is due to ensure your seat on the scheduled day and time. It becomes non-refundable 72 hours before the start of the class. The balance of the course fee is payable at the start of the class. Course fees are payable by Paypal or major credit card. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
