Based on a triptych painting in the baptistry, this baptismal set of paraments and vestments was created to celebrate the retirement of a beloved rector. The theme of the flow of the Holy Spirit moves from the font, across the pulpit and altar, and continues past the lectern to flow into the world. Wrought in dupioni silk with embellishments in gold braid and beading, this modern design harmonizes beautifully with the nautical themes found throughout the sanctuary.
